He has published articles and eBooks on patient identity management, VNAs, PACS and Enterprise Viewers. Don currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) and chairs the ACR Connect and Informatics Industry Activities committees for the American College of Radiology (ACR).
